Massage in the Workplace
More and more businesses are bringing massage into the workplace
as a way to look after employees - and to increase productivity
through reduced stress, neck and back pain, and headaches.
The client remains fully clothed while seated on a specially
designed portable chair; no oils are used. Treatments last 20-30
minutes and are cost effective.
The massage uses an ancient Japanese technique called Anma.
The back, shoulders, neck, scalp and arms are worked on to help
ease away tension. Working on pressure points stimulates the
blood supply, increasing energy levels. You go straight back
to work invigorated and energized.
